Project Outline/Plan

Our project outline/plan consists of many steps leading up to our results.

1) We bought four MDF boards because we thought that if we bought four for our whole entire group,
it would show how you could take them apart and put them together like the world can come together
and grow apart.

2) So we decided to start out with priming the MDF boards with white paint, then drawing a circle for the
globe on all four of the pieces so each piece had 1/4 of the world on it.

3) After that, we decided to go over the outline of the world with black paint then started drawing the
inside of the world with Europe, Africa, South America, and North America.

4) After sketching the inside of the world, we decided to paint black arms and black legs.

5) Then we painted Leah's hands purple and her feet purple and substituted the handprints and
footprints in representing the people in this world.

6) After this we painted the inside of the countries and continents on the world green, we also
decided to give our world a red hat.

7) After giving the world a red hat, we wrote along the top of the first two quadrants/boards
“Save Our World” because we want to spread awareness about how our world has to stay united
and together.

8) Then we painted the ocean blue, and we decided to sketch out a sun in the top left-hand corner.
9) Along with this, we sketched out a chain of people all around the world to show that we should stay
united and together and when the boards are taken apart (the world), the people are taken apart.

10) After sketching the sun, “Save Our World”, and the chain of people, we painted the sun yellow
with black sunglasses, we painted “Save Our World” with brown paint, and we painted the chain of
people black.

11) For finishing touches, we wanted the world to come to life, so we then freely painted eyes that
are painted white and black, and a vermillion/red mouth. After this, our project was officially done.
